Control and lead work follow inside Central kitchen and reported to Country CK Manager.
Pay special attention to seasonal availability of all the items.
Ensure that all Kitchen items products are correctly calculated to ensure maximum gross profit.
To ensure that all staff are constantly trained to effect good portion control and pleasing final product.
oversee the hiring, orientation and training of technical and non-technical food manufacturing personnel.
Motivate and supervise work crew to ensure daily production targets are achieved.
To ensure that sufficient stocks of all materials are being kept and stored under the correct conditions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Coordinates production with maintenance department to ensure that maintenance problems are promptly reported to minimize downtime.
To ensure that attendance registers are kept daily, and that any absenteeism is reported to management without delay.
Implement safety and sanitation guidelines; investigates all accidents and completes required documentation
To ensure that all staff are dressed correctly to satisfy statutory requirements as well as enhancing the image of the establishment.
Resolve problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Ensure product standards and quality are met
Ensure related health & safety guidelines are followed to avoid action that endangers health and well-being
Implement safety precautions in operating equipment
Keep regular check on the configuration of machines and its system to ensure that the targeted volume of production is met

Ensure work-in-process inventory is safe and secure
Ensure complete discipline in the work area
Ensure the prescribed hygiene requirement of staff is maintained
Ensure area and equipment is kept clean and tidy regularly
Recommend personnel actions such as hiring, training needs and promotions
Enter the daily tally sheets for production reporting
Safeguard production and other reports
To constantly update his knowledge and skills for the good of the establishment.
Other duties as may be assigned.
