الوصف الوظيفي 2.Establishes programs of continuing medical education, teaching and research in the department in collaboration with the department of education & training. 3.Participates in general medical provision within the hospital program. 4.Monitor recruitment of staff for the department. 5.Put doctors Rota. 6.Assess performance of whole ICU staff. 7.Through chain of command and/or occurrence variance report, identifies any occurrence not consistent with the operation of the hospital or Standards of service for patients, employees or visitors and situation that put the patient, staffs, or visitors at risk of injury or other harm. 8.Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee’s knowledge, managerial and leadership skills and abilities 9.
