JOB SCOPE and AUTHORITIES

General description of scope

Machining Workshop. Has the authorization to action machine shop functions and sign off completed machine shop operations.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

Observe work place Safety, as per HSE policy and procedures
Maintenance of machine tools
Machine controls and operations
CNC programming
Machining and manufacturing operations
Application of special tooling
Operational procedures and documention
Interpersonal skills and leadership
Digital technologies

Must have:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/FORMAL EDUCATION:

Fluent Written & Verbal English Communication Skills

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

5 - 8 Years Within Machining Discipline

REQUIRED CERTIFICATE(S):

Mechanical Engineering Diploma (College of Technology Dammam) or Equivalent

REQUIRED INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

Effective Communication Skills
Ability to Work in a Team-Orientated and Diverse Cultural Environment

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS AND/OR PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS:

Basic Computer & IT Knowledge (Microsoft Office Packages)
Basic Level of Applied Engineering Mathematics
Ability to Interpret and Understand Engineering Drawings / Schematics
Good Mindset for Continuous Improvement
Able to Work Under Guidance and Instruction of Senior Positions
Good Problem Solving Skills
Willingness to Share Knowledge and Offer Guidance to Junior Team Members
