Design Engineer - Switchgear

الوصف الوظيفي
1. Engineering work for Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Switchgear, Motor Control Center, Switchboard, Motor Starters, Switch Racks, Panel Boards, VFD, Soft Starter, Control Panel, and similar equipment.

2. Review customer requirements and specifications, and do the Engineering work for assigned jobs, which would include but not limited to equipment layout drawings, BOM, three line diagrams, section views, and design calculations as per agreed timelines.

3. Prepare order information and initiate procurement of raw materials/components. Capable of defining the technical specifications of the product components.

4. Cooperate and coordinate with production and quality team to resolve issues and improve design quality.

5. Ensure timely creation and release of the BOM to meet manufacturing targets.

المهارات
1. Very good knowledge in system relaying and a similar Engineering work.

2. Familiar with International Technical Standards (ANSI/IEC/UL) related to the job category.

3. Knowledge about NEMA/IEC enclosure types and classifications.

4. Relay configuration and Industrial Communication Protocols.

5. Awareness of Quality Management System, Environmental Management System and Safety & Procedures.
