Equipment and Transportation Operation Coordinator

Receive all equipment assigned to Project Site & deploy according to Construction Manager requirements.

· Ensuring timely deployment and presence of drivers/ Operators with the vehicle / equipment for daily work and as per work requirement.

· Manage Operators/Driver issues & Coordinate with site Management, HR, & Admin dep’t accordingly.

· Ensure good health of Drivers/operators & proper accommodation, transportation and treatments.

· Prepare daily timesheets of equipment and cross-verification of drivers/operators timesheets with site admin;· Coordinate with Logistics Section & construction manager for local shifting of equipment.· Coordinate, arrange and assist with Maintenance Incharge, construction manager & Operations Head for Area/ Regional shifting and equipment mobilization activities.· Raise Defect Report to Maintenance incharge at site to attend to breakdowns on immediate basis.· Ensure reduction of surplus equipment and rental equipment at site.· Ensure proper utilization, operation, maintenance, and daily log recording and follow up of all generators deployed at the site.

· Perform Daily inspection, Kilometer and hourmeter reading of equipment at site.

· Ensure full application of operation of safety regulations and quality considerations.

· Take necessary measures to ensure minimum fuel wastage and pilferage and suggest action to Equipment Manager for required recovery.

· Ensure that standard working procedures viz. ‘Equipment starting & stopping procedures’ with associated inspections & parking instructions and standard reporting procedures are clearly defined and practiced by drivers/ operators.

· Monitor the overtime closely to reduce the operation cost.

· Prepare and generate daily, weekly and Monthly reports for equipment utilization; breakdown and repair status etc. and share with the concerned authorities. Keep all daily/ weakly/ monthly reports and equipment/ Manpower updated in ERP.

· Coordinate with maintenance team for all breakdowns & consecutive repairs till Equipment is back to operation.

· Ensure execution of Preventive maintenance schedule on time without effecting site operation.

· Ensure that equipment is not exploited at site and is used capacity wise and for the intended function.

· Ensure that equipment, after completion of work, are parked in group at designated place and under supervision of guard.

· Ensure safe & correct handling of equipment during and off operation, loading/Unloading & shifting.

· Ensure and assist in Operators/Drivers training.

· Ensure Tracking and timely Equipment and trucks Registrations, Insurance, TUV certificates renewals and Fitness for intended operation and any other Legal requirements.

· Ensure PPE use, safety of Drivers/ Operators and Equipment.

· Educate and protect all the equipment users against health or safety risks at work.

· Ensure that the equipment working in hilly areas, slopes, areas prone to landslides have ROPS (rollover protective system) and FOPS (falling objects protective system).

· Prepare Accident/ incident reports, operator/driver negligence reports and forward information to Construction manager, Equipment Manager.

· Follow up with Admin/HR for necessary documents (clearance paper) from police in case of accident.

المهارات
Experience in Heavy Equipment is a must

Candidate must be based in Saudi Arabia with Transferable Iqama

Immediate Joining is required

Candidate must be ready to relocate
