الوصف الوظيفي Key Tasks and Responsibilities Directs and manages all Hungry BunnyTM store operations, staff development, and financial performance. Creates implements and monitors compliance with company standards, internal controls, policies and procedures, and company objectives and strategies. Ensures timely response to business needs, including field compliance with human resources and marketing objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Provides leadership and Strong communication skills, both verbal and written to all stores. · Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence. · Hires, trains, and supports a dedicated team to reach profit goals through expense control, budgeting, marketing implementation, and training; Builds teams for growth and stability. · Maintain and deploy adjustments to operations and training manuals. · Continually improve processes through innovation and effective communication. · Considerable knowledge of ERP · Develops and implements systems to assure consistent delivery of the product, maximization of resources, and excellent guest relations. · Directs and aligns company strategies with store management teams. · Builds and develops store standards; assures compliance through store visits, audits, and reviews. · Directs, manages, mentors, and develops Area and Store Managers. · Ensures stores achieve budgeted profit (operating) plans. · Evaluates store performance; works with store teams to develop new strategies to meet objectives. · Ensures store compliance with all policies and procedures, safety, security, and human resource issues. · Researches and recommends new products, processes, and systems. · Implements solutions, improves company performance and achieves corporate objectives. · Ensures compliance with all corporate, city, and county mandates. · Help facilitate new store openings; develop and manage new company expansion plans. · Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT, and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE o A Bachelor’s degree preferably in the hospitality major or related area and/or at least five years’ experience in restaurant management in a senior capacity o Demonstrate career progression in the food services industry o Experience growing a company rather than maintaining o Experience in remotely managing a multi-unit concept o Experience in P&L;management, budgeting, manager development, marketing, and sales strategies o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and abilities o Experience working with various computer applications including spreadsheet, word processing, and graphics software o Ability to speak effectively before groups, guests, team members, and managers of the Hungry BunnyTM organization SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES o Directly supervises Operations Department and its team and Support Center Department Heads o Bi-lingual; Arabic is a plus المهارات https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/operations-manager-4449340/ |
