الوصف الوظيفي Key Tasks and Responsibilities · Be the project manager for franchise planning, marketing implementation, and sales execution, to ensure alliance with HB Franchise strategy and goals · Assist with the development and implementation of Franchisee company business plans and budgets · Build relationships with potential partners and Franchise teams globally · Developing the franchise infrastructure, systems, and environment by innovation and improvement to keep pace · Searching new potential Franchise investors locally and internationally · Participate in international Franchise expos and promote HB brand and build relationships · Day to day support and troubleshooting for the franchise network · Collecting feedback from franchisees and reporting back to the HB head office team to improve opportunities · Interpret monthly franchisee accounts, benchmark, and suggest corrective actions where necessary · Protect Brand integrity via implementation and measurement of Standards of Operations Programmes · Identify and communicate formal training needs to the training department for a training intervention for franchisees · Coaching and assisting the newly appointed operations manager during new store openings · Monitor and feedback information about competitor activity within his/her region · Assist franchisees in selecting and formulating locality marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and grow their business · Ensure implementation of national marketing campaigns. Enforce correct use of all supporting elements i.e. point of sale, premiums, etc. · Act as brand custodian and ensure brand integrity is protected at all times via adherence to all requirements across key functions namely, Operations, Development, HR, and Marketing · Establish Franchise Business Plan with clear KPIs and ensure effort across Hungry Bunny Franchise align with and meet these KPIs · Ensures all franchise fees and due payments are collected with the coordination of the accounting department · Provide regular reporting on franchise reports on sales performance with top management · Periodic visit and evaluation of franchisees, locally and internationally المهارات · Minimum Matric, preferably related foodservice qualification · Minimum 5 years franchising experience in a similar role – Preferred · Good knowledge of the food service industry, preferably QSR categories · Financial acumen and computer literacy Skills / Attributes · Strong Communication, Organizational, Operational, and People Skills · Highly presentable · Developed analytical and problem-solving abilities · Strong interpersonal skills · Energetic self-starter · A hands-on approach to problem-solving · Detailed oriented · Strong customer service orientation · Willing to travel.
