Provide support to Director Sales in implementing the sales target and achieve the desired results
A Proactive planner with expertise in market plan execution, competitor, and market analysis
Identify project opportunities in the market within the Industrial segments with focus on clients in Oil & Gas, Utilities, Power, Chemical and medium to large manufacturing entities and be instrumental in registering insulation products in all the major companies
Play a key role in enquiry analysis, offer submission and order negotiation independently and by leading a team wherever needed
Makes techno-commercial negotiations with consultants, customers & insulation contractors
Works closes with existing customers and building new relationships to expand business portfolio
Ensures proper credit collection and control measures are always taken
Report on changes in marketplace with respect to competition, new product development & strategies on how to retain our leadership / market share
Submission of MIS reports and applicable sales data on time
Articulate new product/ market development opportunities to technical department
Works closely with the specification team
Understand and interpret customer requirements of projects and Distributors, thereby providing appropriate solutions within the product portfolio.
Receive customer complaints and claims, register with CSD and investigate as directed
Make sure on time delivery of goods to customers while being in close contact with the operations/SCM team
Regularly visits customer, installations sites to follow up on customers’ existing requirements and future opportunities
المهارات
Minimum 10 – 20 years of Sales and Business Development experience
Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical/civil) with Masters (preferred)
Ability to harmoniously manage day to day tasks with a talent for Business Development, Client Relationship Management involving Process Operations, Technical Support, in line with Industry Best Practices
Minimum 5 years of sales experience either at the level of Insulation manufactures, contractors, or distributors channels (distributors of several accessories related to industrial applications)
Pleasing personality with good communication skills
Adaptable to change and a team player
Since most of the sales territory is in the Middle East, candidate should preferably be Arabic speaking.
Candidate should hold passport/nationality that has no visa restrictions in GCC and Middle Eastern countries
