Looking for a Business Development Executive. The main purpose of the job is to sell freight services to target customers. The job exists to grow profitable revenue and meet specific company objectives by focusing on market penetration, customer retention and development and acquisition of the new business, maintain credit-control of credit clients and get market information on projects and competitors to update the database. The job contributes towards achieving the target revenue of the department by creating a profitable relationship with existing clients and bringing new customers.

Key Areas of responsibilities:
· Develop and implement sales strategy to grow revenue, select and target new customers
· Achieve sales targets both in terms of revenue and volume
· Promote self-development and enhance market and competitor knowledge
Skills and Qualification:
Graduate, university degree.
Minimum of 4 years’ sales experience in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry·
Fluent in English. Additional language is a plus.
Expert in consultative selling techniques and Account planning skills.
Strong Negotiation Skills, incorporating various strategies and desired outcomes
Ability to influence all customers (both internal and external) on issues that impact the business
Strong Work ethic and Customer-Centric mindset
