Organize and direct Maintenance service activities in a manner which help to achieve production targets in a safe and cost-efficient environment, within policy and operational guidelines.
The role is accountable for developing and managing; stable service system for all equipment s overhauling, plan preventive maintenance by keeping more attention in tasks handle by inhouse team & service contactors.
You must have experience in Electrical equipment /electrical panel / H.V./M.V./L.V. / Power generation system & Utility Operation and Maintenance. Can handle a maintenance team.
You will be responsible to:
• Ensure all plant maintenance tasks compliance with Company regulations and procedures in respect of safety, quality and asset maintenance and integrity.
• Sets/monitors KPI (key performance indicators) and scorecards to identify areas for improvement.
• should be able read the electrical drawing /SLD /MCC /PCC/CONTOL
• Having experience of H.V. /M.V. power generation plant.
• Having experience of power factor /harmonics / low voltage control system.
• Having experience of A.C. Variable drives /D.C. Drive/
• Having experience of electrical control wiring of machine /utility
• Having experience of operation & maintenance of chiller /Boiler /Air compressor etc.
• Having experience about safety / firefighting system/ fire alarm system.
• Having experience in lightning system & control.
• Lead and handle support service facilities to guarantee maintenance works are followed in compliance with maintenance PM schedules to meet production target.
• Identify gaps or improvement areas, initiate and develop team processes and procedures for responsibilities such as adding main overhauling.
• Initiate and manages procedures and processes ensuring that they are implemented in accordance to quality standards.
• Review the quality of the work completed with his team on a regular basis.
• Engage and support the quality standards and reports on operational performance indicators and KPIs.
• Manage the team performance, budget and management of change.
