الوصف الوظيفي a) Projects Implementation Control (Procurement, subcontracting, Quality & Safety) b) Logistics & Resources Management (Equipment & Manpower) c) Stores & Warehouses d) Projects Planning & Control Dept 2. Closely coordinating with the following departments/sections: e) Procurement Department to ensure all the projects requirements were secured within the budget a) Workshops to ensure all the equipment required for the projects were secured, well prepared and ready for immediate and efficient use. b) Tendering to support them to provide all the PROJECTS OPERATION related technical proposal requirements. c) HR to coordinate with them all the employee’s requirements in order to eliminate any time wastage or work stoppages. d) FAD to facilitate all the requirements to smooth the PROJECTS OPERATION functions. e) Coordinate with the senior Management to close all the gaps (if any) 3. Establish the required PROJECTS OPERATION process mapping, procedures, and policies. 4. Review the contracts and take note of all the contractual obligations in order to provide the required home office support requirements for the projects. 5. Manage the Preparation of the project’s budgets and uploading the same in the ERP 6. Review and approve the required resources loading and procurement plan. 7. Approve any project additional resources requirements and also the overtime requests 8. Set-up a coordination process flow between the projects and the home office. 9. Manage overall PROJECTS OPERATION and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labour, equipment, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Projects. 10. Develop and implement resources optimization pan (equipments & manpower) 11. Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues. 12. Enhance the operational procedure, systems, and principles in the areas of projects management information system (PMIS), business processes, enhanced management reporting and looks for opportunities to expand systems. 13. Breach the gap between the departments and the projects to ensure effective communications and inter-department procedures. 14. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company’s policies and applicable laws. 15. Final Approval for all the site PRs after verifying the stocks. 16. Manage the items coding for the material, assets, and services 17. Verify physically the productivity of the resources on sites (Manpower & Equipments) 18. Responsibilities may include interviewing, selection and hiring; training new and existing employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; authoring and discussing with employee’s performance appraisals; addressing employee performance and corrective action plans; employee motivation and rewards. 19. Organizing the budget of the company in collaboration with the senior management. 20. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management. Directly manages and directs Operational staff. 21. Prepare and submit to management the weekly projects performance reports. 22.
