الوصف الوظيفي Reporting to the Regional Visual Merchandiser, your role will be to implement and maintain the M&S;brand image within the store, ensuring visual consistency. You will provide the customer with the most inspirational shopping experience possible. You will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with store colleagues and the RVM / Manager VM. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Accurately implement all company Visual Merchandising policies. Implement easy to shop store grids. Implement well styled mannequins in line with the styling policy. Use appropriate styling techniques and the correct visual elements in the relevant areas to aid customer segmentation. JOB CONTEXT: Visual merchandising team members contribute to the advertising, marketing, and sales efforts of Mark and Spencer by designing, developing and taking charge of the visual look of the store and its merchandise. As a member of the in-store merchandising team, you will be executing merchandising strategies by creating and maintaining visual displays in the store windows and on the sales floor. You will also contribute to the profitability of the store with your merchandise handling, replenishment, and inventory control efforts. المهارات Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Graduate Degree • Bachelor’s degree or a diploma in sales, marketing or other related area of study from an accredited institution. • Post Graduate degree in the field of marketing, visual merchandising, retailing or any other related field of study with 2 – 5 years experience in visual merchandising.
