الوصف الوظيفي are implemented as designed and comply with established policies and procedures 2) Prepare and/or oversee the preparation of the timesheets/hourly data entry for all hours worked in an accurate and timely manner. 3) Manage and oversee the leave, absence, attendance and worker’s compensation processes for the assigned projects. 4) Ensure project employees are provided with guidance and support regarding all administrative tasks, referring employees to other Human Resources team members as required 5) Manage and execute all employee termination procedures, including advising employees on their rights and any benefits they are entitled to and assist in their separation transition. 6) Establish and maintain related records and reports and maintain project organization charts and employee directory in order to ensure all records are safeguarded and upto-date 7) Ensure support to HR department in educating employees on and enforcing company policies 8) Assist and follow new-hire procedures, including organizing employee orientation, creating new employee files, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly filled out and submitted to appropriate persons. 9) Ensure all employee records are filed correctly and kept confidential and abide by company-enforced HR processes and procedures. 10)Provide support to any other projects which needs assistance with organizing, maintaining and updating employee HRIS information as needed المهارات 2) Minimum 2 to 6 years of relevant experience (Construction & contracting experience preferred). 3) Excellent interpersonal skills. 4) Problem solving & decision making 5) Must be ready for relocation تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/hr-coordinator-4357605/ |
