To store and dispatch the materials to the customers as per the provided schedule in a timely manner. Execute shop floor activities of the warehouse and dispatch finished products from the storage area in the warehouse while ensuring overall discipline within the facility is maintained. Accountable for stock movement and systems transactions, inventory accuracy, dispatch and manpower scheduling.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Inspect the raw materials on arrival, compare the item with the ordered specifications to find out any shortage or damage and report to authorities to take immediate corrective action if any i.e. to lodge claim with, insurance or the supplier.
Manage receipt of finished goods from factory floor, and arrange storage in the designated locations while maintaining proper verifiable records.
Management of all outgoing dispatches, including coordination with Business Development and Production team, for timely billing and dispatches against customer orders and stock transfers.
Count and tag every item and organize storage in safe and secured manner so as to avoid any possibility of damage or loss due to improper handling and storage while ensuring easy traceability of the material at all times.
Ensure all outgoing deliveries are in accordance with the standard ERP procedures securing the status of each supply.
Arrange for picking and packing of stock based on the pickup lists, coordinate between the warehouse assistants and forklift operators to ensure timely loading of goods.
Coordinate with the distribution and business development team for dispatch of finished goods to the client site and ensure no delays in delivery.
Prepare all necessary dispatch documents for efficient dispatch of goods; maintain record of all outgoing deliveries.
Ensure that all deliveries are checked accurately against the corresponding delivery notes and are correctly signed for and dispatched from the warehouse.
Prepare advises on receipt of rejected material from customers and forward the same to the reporting officer for necessary action (including in-word / customer complaint procedures).
Maintain proper records of finished goods supplied and submit periodic reports to the line manager.
Conduct periodic physical inventory of standard supply items and assist in determining proper inventory levels and send the stock report to the Line Manager.
Inspects physical condition of the storage area, materials and equipment and maintains tidiness within the warehouse and orderly storage of stock at all times.
Maintain HSE practices in the working environment in order to minimize the opportunity of damage to the property and injury to self and colleagues.
Ensure compliance to Safety, Quality, Food Safety and Environment requirements as specified in the global QHSE Management System with strict adherence to ISO and local regulatory authority.
To ensure that all records and documents are up to date true and correct and have full traceability at all times. To ensure that all processes, procedures and activities meet and match those as laid down under company ISO and management procedures.
Assist team members with day-to-day operations as directed by the line manager.  Perform any other job/task assigned by the Line Manager to accomplish department objectives.

Education/ Qualifications

SSC / High School

Experience

A minimum of 3-4 years’ similar experience in a warehouse

Functional Skills & Specific Knowledge

Comprehensive industry knowledge.
Good knowledge of material storage, distribution and transportation gained through formal training or work experience.
Knowledge of packing and stacking methods.
Knowledge of ERP / Quality systems  Proficient in Stock keeping.
Hands on experience in MS Excel, Mail correspondence
Quality standards & ISO documentations and related documentation processes.
