الوصف الوظيفي
The Head has reporting accountability to:

Administrative: Chairperson, Ancillary or Clinical Services has responsibility for the professional development of allocated Allied Health staff e.g. job families, job descriptions, competencies and training.
Operational: Chairperson Medical Service. An MD with ressponibility for the operational delivery and integration of the allocated medical service.

The role requires a head who is an expert in his/her field; an approachable and effective communicator; and an empowered leader.

Participate in the delivery of the Health Network objectives, in alignment with the Cluster goals, by planning, organizing and implementing initiatives that lead to improved patient outcomes and experience.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary health care team to ensure effective integration of the transformational plan including the model of care initiatives and pathways.
Provide leadership and clinical expertise using evidence-based practice, collaboration and change management strategies in order to support cost effective and safe practices.
Strengthen dental knowledge, skills and attitude, through a positive learning environment which fosters on-going learning and professional development and instills caringness towards patients and families.
Collaborate with the Health Network teams to ensure the delivery of quality initiatives including effectiveness, patient experience and satisfaction.
المهارات
Education:

Masters in Allied Health Speciality

Bachelor’s in Allied Health Specialty

Experience:

Six (6) years post qualification experience

Three (3) years management experience

Experience of driving operational performance to improve dental quality

Actively involved in improvements in patient communications to improve quality and satisfaction.

Developed policies and procedures for operational practice.
