Job Responsibilities:

Conducting maintenance checks for air conditioner, coolers, and Chillers.
Handling and installing all kinds of HVAC systems.
Repairing damages in dysfunctional Air Conditioners, Heaters and Coolers; and Checking their functions and status.
Checking and Fixing the central A/C, package A/C and split A/C, and Changing defected spare parts.
Encoding the reported damages of the Air conditioners, Heaters or Coolers. Checking for leakages.
Submitting Monthly report.
Attending to Emergency Calls.

المهارات

Must know how to prepare water chiller, including any refractory work, cleaning, and installing new seals on water side.
Must be able to replace bearings and seals on centrifugal pumps, change bearings on fan systems, motors, and pumps shafts.
Need to be able to run the Chillers plant to maintain system temperatures and equipment runtimes.
Must be familiar with water chillers and compressors operations and fixing potential problems. 
Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Must be able to service, install, repair, and replace refrigeration systems including split systems, chillers packaged units etc.
