Follow up with the drivers and operation supervisors for the proof of deliveries.
Monitor the transit time for each shipment.
Update the accounts managers for the required proof of deliveries.
Update the operation report with the required information about the transit time, loading time, offloading time, and any other required information.
Report to the operation supervisor for the delayed deliveries and update the operation manager with the expected time of delivery.
Monitor the tracking system and report the idle trucks.
المهارات
Bachelor’s or diploma degree in business or a related field.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent English and Arabic language speaking and writing.
Excellent computer knowledge and experience over MS Office.
Transferable Iqama in KSA.
