Evaluate customer needs to develop low or high-value service contracts. Negotiate and manage external and internal procurement and contracting arrangements. Analyze price proposals and other data to determine reasonableness of prices; reviews and interprets contract provisions to achieve cost efficiencies and reductions where feasible. Handle contractor’s pre-qualification including documentation and site visit. Monitor and Evaluate Contractor Performance during and after job completion and document the same. Review all contractual obligations and compliance to contract requirements. Work to reach resolutions and agreements with internal customers and suppliers in case of disputes. Interact with internal customers, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities for any required arrangement related to contracts. Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and flowcharts. Help maintain databases and update status. Handle department records retention program. Desired Candidate Profile Knowledge in: Sourcing and negotiating service contracts, Suppliers relations management, Content management process and related solutions, SAP MM & Ariba. Excellent communication skills. Organized and be able to create detailed plans.
