To ensure providing suitable training program under safety Department to trains and develops all new/existing drivers with respect to safety, policy, procedures and regulatory compliance in order to reduce all types of incidents.

Making sure that new Drivers must be qualified for Saudi driving License test

Conducting Driver Assessments for all company HD Drivers

On-site inspection to ensure traffic rules and safety standards are met.

Conduct certification training for new drivers, classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel training.

Mush have English. Arabic, Hindi, Urdu language

Certified Defensive Driver Trainer

Tertiary qualifications in training and development

Time management Skillfully prioritizing and managing one’s own time and other’s time

TRAINING

• Education and Training—Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects

• Strategic thinking and leadership skills
