الوصف الوظيفي To act as the drive force of generating sales leads and contacts through selling GNS IT Solutions to clients and as well as to identify new clients and build/maintain strong relationships with clients. Job Description 1-Policies and Procedures: - Recommend improvements to departmental policy and support in the implementation of procedures and controls 2-Technical Support: - Provide technical support to clients as and when required - Provide support for the technical team as and when required - Remote connect with Team Viewer whenever client faces issues - Manage servers of all clients - Fix all email issues related to client 3-Business Development: - Identify and follow up new clients - Arrange and attend sales meetings - Prepare and present products and services to customers - Prepare and submit quotes for clients - Prepare for and attend events - Complete sales certifications based on products - IT Sales consultancy and persuasion - Follow up new clients - Forecast Sales - Prepare road map, budget and quoting for clients - Prepare cost sheet for financial approval - Prepare and submit bids to clients - Prepare and submit sales reports to management 4-Other Responsibilities: - Perform other job related projects and/or assignments that he/she might be asked to do by his/her direct supervisor/manager for special assistance that are often not mentioned in this job description as they arise under specific circumstances. المهارات Negotiation & Influencing~~~Proficient Presentation~~~Proficient Time Management~~~Proficient MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)~~~Proficient Knowledge Level : Technical product knowledge~~~Practical Understanding Market analysis and dynamics of IT business~~~Full Understanding Windows Servers~~~Practical Understanding SQL Management Studio~~~Practical Understanding Business ethics~~~Full Understanding Email Servers~~~Practical Understanding Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent Certification: Sales / Marketing professional certification Successful candidates must have government/ utilities / commercial industry experience.
