• Interacting with Customers, handle transactions, and provide superior customer service through the efficient operation of the C-Store.
• Maintains a neat and clean appearance and complies with the dress code.
• Greet the customers and assists with their questions.
• Performs specific tasks as assigned by the Station Supervisor/Store In charge.
• Operates shift within Company guidelines to achieve accountabilities of sales and profits.
• Keeps coolers, drink boxes, store shelves, and displays fully stocked and fronted at all times.
• Rules of (FIFO) first in and first out should be followed.
• Uses correct pricing as listed in the price book or other resources for all merchandise.
• Properly cleans and maintains equipment and readies high-margin products such as coffee, fountain drinks, etc.
• Passes on customer requests for new products.
• Sweeps and mops floors, dusts shelves, emptied trash.
• Ensure that all the issued periodic generalizations from the area manager or the Head office are complete.
• Ordering the low or non-stock items.
• Receive the items from suppliers as per company policy.
• Follow up for the expiries, damages, and returnable items with suppliers.
