Oversees the development and coordination of consultancy services to ensure alignment and optimal use of resources which will lead to a positive and measurable impact.
Act as a source of guidance and expertise both internal clients, ensuring a proactive approach is taken to resolve issues, identify and implement work around constraints.
Lead the procurement / bidding of assignments through technical leadership
Develop client feasibility studies to aid business decisions
Lead technical management of external interfaces
Develop and optimise operational concepts and interfaces
Prepare and present technical publications
Develops and coordinates an annual consultancy operational plan and reports on outcomes.
Oversees the implementation of feasibility and development consultancy standards, policies and processes
Responsible for reviewing & ensuring all national and international consultancy regulatory obligations are complied with.
Maintains confidentiality relating to all matters dealt within the department.
Uses great discretion at all times and ensure that no confidential material is disclosed from the department to unauthorized members of staff.
Oversees and monitors policies and procedures that support the highest standards.

Follows all related policies and procedures. Participates in emergency and disaster procedures. Performs other duties within the realm of his/her knowledge and ability as required.
