• Candidate must be self-starter and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Manage the day to day activities of finance and accounts department and ensure the on time and accurate financial transactions through proper financial process, policies, and documentation.
• Assist in preparing the budget and prepare the variance report weekly and monthly.
• Prepare and submit monthly P&L;, Balance sheet and other reports related to finance & accounts to the management.
• Manage the cash flow of the company and do the cash flow forecast and advise the management in financial matters as and when required
• Interacting with Banks for facilities and for managing the existing facilities.
• Monitoring and organizing company funds based on working capital requirements
• Prepare and submit each business units / department performance analysis report to the management
• Keep the accuracy in all finance and accounts operation of the organization.
• Ensure all the documents are verified and completed for any financial transaction
• Oversee the monthly payroll management and employee payments such as leave salary payment, full and final settlement etc.
• Process all payment transactions including supplier payments, reimbursements etc. after obtaining the approvals.
• Follow up on collections internally with sales team and externally with clients.
• Fixed assets monitoring and physical audit.
• Inventory control insuring the quarterly physical stock count
• Able to manage the financial compliance requirements in KSA.
• Manage the VAT computation and Withholding Tax computation as per compliance and within due dates.
• Manage the ad-hoc tasks related to administrator in terms of employee data/ files management
• Perform other tasks as per KPI given by management
