الوصف الوظيفي ** Must have Transferable Iqama for non-Saudi Academic and Professional Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from five-years college or university; and Awareness course for Quality, Environmental and Safety Management Systems. Work Experience: At least three years related experience with the energy generation and preferable with general knowledge in Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines and Generators operation, power plant control logics (preferable but no essential). Job Description and responsibilities: 1. Assist Program manager for planned/unplanned preparation, including HGPP’s, consumables, tools, special tools and spare parts for GT, GT Auxiliaries and Generator, Prepare lists for site mobilization/demobilization. 2. Follow up the PO’s and delivery of above parts and spares during the inspection planning phase and compare them with contracted or internal company lists. 3. Fill in and/or prepare inside outage planning lists and update outage preparation status to Program Manager for above mentioned parts and tools. 4. Attend to site during planned/unplanned inspection as required to manage the stock of parts and tools at site. 5. Analyse consumables/spare parts consumption, and do minimum stock analysis. 6. Manage parts repair as per the Division of responsibility inside the company repair management procedure. 7. Assist the Program Managers to identify new parts and repair parts requirement for projects 8. Develop and update hot parts rotation table for each project. 9. Maintain 5 year forecast for finished parts to support LTSA commitments and sales to contracted customers. 10. Keep Program Manager/TGO informed/updated for hot parts requirement forecast and repair finalization. 11. Maintain 3 years forecast for part repair work for all projects. 12. Keep assigned person for each repair partner inside MHPSE organization be updated for forecast for part repair work. 13. Develop and update parts roll-in/roll-out plan for each outage including GT blades arrangement, receive nozzles sequencing and decide other GT hot parts arrangements. 14. Develop and update roll-out parts treatment plan with support from Component Repair Engineers. 15. Issue Purchase Requisition for part repair work (inspection) together with price control sheets. 16. Issue PO to parts repair partners. 17. Request inventory for logistic arrangements. 18. Issue shipping notification to repair partners. 19. Confirm receipt of goods from repair partners. 20. Receive Preliminary Inspection Report from repair vendors and request Component Repair Engineers for review. 21. Keep inventory record of repair accessory parts updated. 22. Request orders of repair accessory parts as required. 23. Arrange shipment of required repair accessory parts to part repair partner 24. Issue Purchase Requisition for part repair work together with price control sheets. 25. Issue PO to parts repair partners 26. Receive Final Inspection Report from repair vendors and request Component Repair Engineers for review. 27. Review and approve/reject invoices from parts repair partners. 28. Keep repair management control sheet updated on a monthly basis. 29. Receive and check status/progress reports from parts repair partner as required, to visit part repair partner to check progress of works (In case of local workshop). 30. Issue monthly repair status reports to each Programme Manager for customer submission 31. Issue new Request for Quotation to part repair partners (based on technical specifications given by Repair Component Engineers). 32. Receive quotation from parts repair partner and evaluate it with supports from Component Repair Engineers. 33. Negotiate and agree price, scope, and conditions with supports from other parties of organisation (Component Repair Engineers, Commercial Manager). 34. Report all above tasks to Project support Engineer as may be required by Program Manager. Other Duties and Responsibilities: 1. To know and implement the quality policy of MHPS Saudi. 2. To write and or revise Quality Management procedures when required. 3. Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures 4. Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. 5. Contribute to building a positive team spirit.6. Communicate effectively with all levels of employees. 7. Protect confidential information by not communicating, disclosing to, or using for benefit of third parties. 8. Maintain the highest degree of honesty and integrity at all times. 9. To participate at the identification and resolution of technical non conformities. 10. Recommend, assist in hiring and training employees and providing guidance to ensure that part forecast and inventory control functions are performed efficiently. 11. To apply the appraisal system for direct reports and delegate where applicable to identify the necessity of the training and to insure training and career development of the employees. 12. To develop his/her successor. 13. Communicate efficiently with other parties of the organization (PM, PSE, CM, CRE) and parts repair partners. 14. Communicate efficiently with all involved parties (clients, LSC departments, London Engineering, MPS Spain, MHI, MHPSA, MP, vendors. 15.
