1. Demonstrate exceptional leadership by providing a positive work environment, positive behavior, and ensure smooth managing of all the activities and assignments in a professional approach.
2. Leading most of the administrative decisions including all kitchen management activities such as Reviewing the food and beverages stocks and purchases, maintain the hygienic and safety to all staff within kitchen, maintain equipment, design the food aesthetic, plan and prepare special and unique menu items.
3 Highly adaptable and accomplishment in all international cuisine types such as European, American, Japanese, Arabic, and others including all the required sauces and benchmark with the highly recommended kitchen worldwide to adopt the most successful dishes and customize it to meet the local taste.
4 Meet and exceed the customer expectation by developing and executing creative food and beverages, tasting with outstanding plate presentation and value to the customers and eager to learn more about food and beverages improvements.
5 Train, develops, and motivate chef assistances to meet and exceed the established food and beverages standard on a consistent basis and establish a platform to enable innovation to receive ideas on how we can improve all the dishes.
6 Develop menu management system to include all the food and beverage recipes and cooking steps.
