Should have Minimum 3+ years of IT Support Experience as team member. 3. Should have Experience in Implementation/Worked in Proper Standard IT Support Structure Eg: Service Desk(L0,L1,L2,L3). 4. Should Have At least Completed One, End To End Project, under Managerial Position. 5. Should Have Experience in Implementing IT Service desk, Project Management, Communication and H/W Monitoring Tools to enhance the IT Support Services. 6. Able to Develop Long term and Short term Information Technology Strategies for Organization Level and for Internal IT Department Level. 7. Should Have experience to Define , Initiate, Execute Systems, Policies, and Procedures. 8. Ability to Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes. 9. Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery , back-up procedures , information security and control structures. 10. Ability to Manage and Develop Staff skills sets Effectively 11. Coaches, counsels, and disciplines staff. 12. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. 13. Ability to Identify IT Problems and Provide feasible , timely solutions. 14. Ability to Contribute to team efforts to accomplish results as needed. 15. Ability to Be a Good Team Player. 16.
