الوصف الوظيفي
We are seeking for a Sr. Organization Development Consultant.

The primary function for Sr. Organization Development Specialist is responsible to building strategies, planning , organization Development, Staff development

Requirements

Bachelor or Equivalent Degree. 
Experiences minimum 10 years’ experience and max 25 years’ experience
Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
Fluent in English, mastering Arabic language is a plus but not a requirement
Experience in below topics is a must
Duties &Responsibilities;Translate Company vision and mission to strategies with milestones
Design and implement OD initiatives .
Establish succession program and work with recruitment to implement plan
Responsible for development, updating and monitoring the job descriptions and job titles
Planning , Implementation, and updating the job descriptions, job grades.
Develop performance systems in company for both operational and business lines
Coordinate with recruitment specialist, training specialist and human resources planning in order to develop plans for attracting and retaining competencies
Contribute in the measurement and evaluation of training programs and courses
Design and update the career path for each job title
Write and edit policies and procedures

المهارات
Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
Fluent in English, mastering Arabic language is a plus but not a requirement
