Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the assigned area goals.
Assist in preparing and implementing the annual sales plan to support the overall strategic objectives of the company.
Identify, design and implement strategic sales projects, as and when required.
Assist in implementing, developing and maintaining sales policies and procedures.
Ensure execution of the developed sales strategies, plans, advertisement and promotional program.
Supervise the offering process of the existing company services to the clients.
Market trends to provide reports and recommendations in order to develop the company business.
Set local and regional sales quotas, distribute sales targets and improve the company sales performance.
Generate numbers for the company to determine if sales goals have been met or not.
Achieve the sales target by implementing the proper sales methods required and delivering high quality services.
Review and discuss the market trends and conditions that are related to the work and activities of the company and submit them to the direct manager for guidance and discussion.
Assist in developing the set standards to assess the feasibility to participate in tender, ensure compliance with set standards when bidding for a tender.
Supervise the collation of quotes and estimates, and compile tender submissions.
Supervise the preparation of proposals, maintain records and response document folders.
Build solid relationship with clients and potential clients, through visits, follow up calls and social networking.
Negotiate prices, terms of contract and payment of sales and service agreement with clients.
Communicate with other company departments and all concerned parties to ensure fulfillment of client requirements as per the agreement.
Provide training for the sales team members in order to increase their productivity.
Prepare and manage the cost estimation for each project.
Supervise commercial offers and technical proposals.
Supervise customer complaints and suggestions.
Participate in functional meetings, conferences, exhibitions as appropriate.
Prepare and submit sales and collecting payment reports to the direct manager on a monthly time basis.

Perform any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.
