Responsible to perform all types and varieties of procedures within the section including complex analyses and infrequently requested tests,
according to approved clinical privileges, to obtain data for use in diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
المهارات
Education:
.
• Bachelors Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.
• Registered with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties as “Specialist I”.
Experience:
• Five (5) years experience in related field , after Bachelors Degree.
- Leader ship experience / supervision experience minimum of 3 years .
Skills:
-Demonstrated knowledge of medical technology applicable to a wide range of duties in one or more specialty areas or functions,
and a high level of skill in applying this knowledge in solving complex problems involving diverse aspects of clinical laboratory
practice.
-Communicates effectively and persuasively in a variety of different media (oral, written and electronic) to connect to others in a
deep and direct way, to sense and stimulate reactions and desired interactions and to positively influence the th inking of others.
-Demonstrates a responsible behavior by displaying a high level of initiative, effort, motivation and commitment towards
completing assignments in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
-Forms strong positive working relationships across all areas of the service, builds on a common understanding and demonstrates
a supportive and reciprocating work style including strong empathy with service users and customers.
