HVAC-R Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
The HVAC-R Engineer will be tasked with the installation, repair and maintenance of the following HVAC and Refrigeration systems and equipment on site. The Engineer will also be required to control contractors/technicians on the same systems.

Chillers and Cooling Towers, and other Refrigeration Equipment
VRF/VRV System
AHUs
FCUs
Packaged Units
Cooling and Heating coils
Control valves
Supply and Extract fans
All equipment associated with HVAC systems that our company will be involved with
Electrical/Mechanical/Control systems associated with HVAC
LEV systems

The Engineer will also be expected to to operate, troubleshoot and manage maintenance of the site BMS, ensure that all HVAC systems associated with the facility areas meets all design and user requirements by conducting and recording the testing, adjusting, and balancing of the HVAC systems.

The Engineer will also provide advice to the Business Development team and the Clients when required.

المهارات
Proficiency in MS Office suite, Excel specifically
Ability to generate technical reports
Proficiency in AutoCad/Revit Software
Understanding of equipment selections related to HVAC andRefrigeration design
Ability to handle changes to design requirements and priorities in a professional manner
Project management skills are highly desired
Travel and site visits are required as needed
