الوصف الوظيفي RESPONSIBILITIES 1- Periodically check stock level of products. 2- Create and send RFQ (Request for Quotation) to suppliers. 3- Compare the price and quality and select the best among them. 4- Issue the PO (Purchase Order) stating terms and conditions. 5- Arrange SGS inspection or any other Certificates/ Documents if necessary as per Saudi Law. 6- Arrange shipment and Insurance. 7- Prepare the list of local suppliers and service providers such as Brokers/Shipping agents/Insurance etc. 8- Evaluate the vendors and other service providers ( like shipping agents, insurance companies periodically ( at least once in a year ) 9- Look for new suppliers as per demand of products. المهارات https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/procurement-officer-4184479/ |
