Additional Job Description
The role is responsible for developing and maintaining quality, health, safety and environmental regulatory and management system compliance at all operating locations and for all field activities support as required to meet customer/client SH&E;expectations. This position is also responsible for the direct management of site maintenance and security.

What You Will Do:
Follow safety policies to provide a safe workplace for all employees, and supports the guiding principles of Goal Zero to continually improve the plant’s safety, health and environmental performance, security, and efforts to respond to public concerns relating to design, development, manufacture, storage, marketing, distribution, use and ultimate safe disposal of chemical products. Drive culture of safety; Report safety observations / incidents
Supports and is committed to the Quality Improvement Process. Plans strategies to ensure error-free work by “doing it right the first time” and conveys this attitude in the daily performance of various duties, in our drive continuous improvement.
Champion Goal Zero across the full organisation
Manage all aspects of the SH&E;responsibilities with SH&E;staff and management and administration.
Manage all aspects of site security and facuility maintenance.
Provide guidance, technical support and interpretation of compliance with the SH&E;management system, SH&E;Standards, laws and regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements.
Manage a programme for preventative and breakdown maintenance.
Provide leadership, training, mentoring, coaching and professional development opportunities to Supply Chain staff.
Lead the implementation of the SH&E;Management System (ISO 9001, 14001, and 18001) to assure conformance and continuous improvement for the company.
Lead the development and completion of the Supply Chain long and short term goals - focuses on SH&E;.
Support the integration of Supply Chain SH&E;processes into business activities.
Champion and deliver leadership and training for the deployment of ZDD (Zero Defect Delivery) across all delivery teams and vendors.
Guide the development and implementation of SH&E;programs utilizing the Middle East North Africa SH&E;staff.
Validate Supply Chain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, industry best practices, and customer requirements.
Interact with and work with other SH&E;peers as a team leader and/or team member on global and local SH&E;initiatives.
Any other duties commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility of this post, for which the post holder has the necessary experience and/or training
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 6+ years experience is required
Previous demonstrable experience of promoting QHSE systems and process
Must have a genuine passion/interest in QHSE and understand the HSE requirements for international companies and super majors such as Aramco, Shell, ExxonMobil …..
Must be highly driven with strong influencing skills QHSSE SHE manager compliance management system safety health environment Dubai
Experience in analytical procedures pertaining to product QC and technical qualification.
