الوصف الوظيفي 2- Develop, promote and maintain loss control initiative across the facilities, and assist in the development of a robust safety culture supported by personal behaviour. 3- Ensure proper and timely assessment of risks, and implement measure identified as necessary from maintenance assessments. Measure site safety performances and report to the management committee and other external bodies. 4- Develop strategies and procedures for firefighting, spill control, gas leak and occupational accidents. 5- Act as the site Safety Liaison Officer during emergencies. 6- Develop and implement the crisis management organization (procedure, training, rooms and material) 7- Follow-up and ensure maintaining firefighting and safety equipment, material and facilities in good functioning. 8- Plan and monitor the safety drills. 9- ensure good communication and coordination with the external Health Safety & environmental organization, and in particular, with GAMEP and authorities. 10- Propose and monitor the safety training programs for all company employees and contractors’ employees. 11- Maintain records of incidents and initiate follow-up actions as required. 12- Monitor Safety legislation and advise organization head on developments and compliance. 13- Perform other related duties as assigned by the top management. المهارات - Strong knowledge of Hazard identification and quantitive and qualitative risk analysis and analytical skills. - Strong knowledge of safety behaviour improvement - Strong knowledge of incident/injury prevention - Ability to continuously drive for process improvement. - Strong interpersonal communication skills - Strong leadership skills - Strong command of oral and written English تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/hse-manager-4170989/ |
