- Prepare & manage the cashflow of the Company.
- Prepare all accounting transactions accurately.
- Prepares and ensures all accruals are booked and managed.
- Perform month-end and year end accounting activities and ensuring deadlines are met with
- compliance to all statutory requirements.
- Performs monthly and annual General Ledger maintenance and sub-ledger to general ledger reconciliation
- Maintains and update Investment, Fixed Asset & Shareholders’ register
- Generate financial reports and statements for Managers review.
- Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.
- Review monthly payroll.
- Perform GOSI related transactions and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for manager’s review.
- Prepare insurance related transactions, payments and reconciliations.
- Obtain copies of insurance policies for all companies, update the summaries, and prepare - Loss ratio.
- Prepare the consolidated financial statements on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis.
- Provide assurance about the accuracy of information contained in financial reports.
- Prepare the annual Board report.
- Provide support for VAT, WHT & Zakat return.
- Liaison with internal and external auditors.
- Liaison with bank requirments.
- Manage the dividends payments for the shareholders periodically.
- Ensure IFRS & VAT compliance of all financial transactions.
- Review cash Transactions.
- Performs other duties as required.

المهارات
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Accounting/Finance.
- Knowledge of IFRS is a must.
- Must be experienced in VAT, WHT, & ZAKAT returns.
- Must be experienced with ERP.
