Manage and lead a team of people in allocating workload and managing the day to day operations in the workshop.
Co-ordinate resources and liaises with internal and external key contacts to ensure work is delivered on time and to company quality standard.
Be highly motivating, productive, able to handle work exigencies, adapt at learning and exercise new skills and strive to improve organization’s processes and benefits.
Understand leadership theories and exercise them as per the situation and Contingency. Improve and Maintain Situational and Behavioural Relationship.
Coordinate daily with Equipment Manager and all R&M;teams in the region.
Ensure immediate Initiation of inspection and consecutive repairs by site Maintenance team.
Decide on, and coordinate with Operation & Maintenance team, for repair shifting.
المهارات
Bachelor of Engineering degree, mechanical.
Min. 7 years of Experience, Workshop manager, heavy equipment and heavy truck Repair and Maintenance
Computer Skills:
o ERP (Oracle, Ms Dynamics or SAP)
o Microsoft office applications
Arabian Gulf Experience is preferred
