Determine the learning and development plan suitable for each department based on the technical and managerial competencies m and taking into consideration the strategic objectives for future potential skills. 3. Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skill. 4. Identify organization needs for learning. 5. Manage the career paths of individuals by developing a career plan. 6. Responsible for finding the right institutions for the trainings. 7. Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness. 8. Handle Professional Development Programs, Training &Development;Programs and Managerial Development Programs. 9. Handle coaching and mentoring plan. 10. Comply with the company standards. 11. Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities. 12. Planning, coordinating and ensuring the implementation of effective programs for the company 13. Responsible for connecting the right institutions for the trainings and prepare training budget for each department. المهارات · Teaching/training and coaching/ counselling and supervisory experience . Strong Communication skills. · Proficient in Personal Computer particularly Windows application . Fluency in English. . Strong time management .
