الوصف الوظيفي Key member of the Finance Leadership team who supports all financial aspects of Business including preparation of budgets and forecasts, support development and analysis of proposals, and monitoring, analyzing, and reporting business performance. Key Responsibilities Business Leadership · Assist Divisions Managers in developing business strategies and establishing goals and objectives. · Assist Divisions Managers in developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and monitor, analyze and report KPIs. · Advise business about financial impact of key business decisions both in terms of cost and benefits as well as accounting and reporting implications. Budqetinq/Forecastinq · Prepare Divisions Budgets annually and reforecast budgets as required in coordination with Divisions Managers. · Input approved budgets into the Fugro Reporting System. · Monitor business’s resources forecasts specially staffing, overhead and revenue forecasts during above budgeting process and on a rolling basis. · Monitor, analyze and report Business Performance (revenue, cost, and margin) versus plan. · Analyze and explain any significant trends or variances. · Monitor Business Utilization of resources/assets for trends, variances, and opportunities to improve. · Monitor and report Backlog for relevant business divisions. Proiect Oversiqht & Support · Set up projects in Navision in accordance with company’s guidelines. Collaborate with Fugro regional team to ensure cross company projects are properly set up and accounted for. · Review key projects for cost, schedule, progress, and productivity performance. · Participate in Business’s Project Reviews meetings to provide relevant financial information and support. · Monitor project revenues, costs and Accounts Receivable aging, unbilled aging in coordination with Finance team and provide assistance to business when requested. proposal support · Support Business by providing input to financial risk assessments, win strategies and execution strategies. · Interface with Finance on international tax guidance, foreign exchange strategies, payment securities and credit risk assessments. · Assist business in Bid/No Bid decisions. Review Bid schedules and estimated Bid costs, and arrange Financial Bid documents. · Assist with development of proposal pricing and billing rates, and in preparation of labor & expense estimates. Finance/Reportinq · Assistance in uploading of all Actuals/Forecasts in Fugro Reporting Tool. · Advise Accounting team on relevant reporting issues and provide all necessary support to conclude auditsfinquiry processes. · Lead internal controls improvement plans across company by ensuring business’s compliance with best practices of effective internal control framework. · Interface with other Finance teams for reporting requirements and financial queries. · Undertake any other special assignments as directed by the Finance Manager.
