Job Description and Requirements
SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Production Manager, is responsible for reporting, maintaining and controlling production documents and records.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for creating job orders and reporting production in the ERP system.
• Responsible for submission and retrieval of records as per project specific.
• Confer with establishment personnel, vendors, or customers to coordinate production and shipping
• activities to eliminate delays.
• Daily office activities include reporting, filing, reconciling, scanning, printing, data entry and processing paperwork.
• Requisition and maintain office inventories or supplies necessary to meet production demands.
• Follow all safety, health and environmental requirements.
• Coordinate with the Client team for controlling project specific document transmittals.
• Coordinate with all department heads for smooth internally communication and priorities.
• Follow up with all department heads to have the necessary documents ready in-time.
• Follow all the necessary safety procedures as and where applicable.
• Involve in internal audits per API Q1 and ISO 9001.
• Other duties as needed or assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• College education with Diploma or Graduation. Ability reading, writing and speaking English. Should have related arithmetic skills.
• Knowledge working with ERP system
• Computer skills: Extensive computer handling skills and expert in using Microsoft Word, Excel and other functions.
• Preferable >2 years working with ERP system and document control in a manufacturing environment.
WORKING CONDITIONS
• Work conditions are normal for shop floor and office environment.
• Stand for long periods of time
