Job Description and Requirements Assist customers on their requirements and assign Service Engineers for jobs. Delegate workload, monitor activity and provide technical assistance to Field Service Engineers. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Must ensure that company policies and procedures are being enforced and adhered to at all times. • Provide continual evaluation of the group’s processes and methods, to assure the most effective use of resources and equipment. • Provide day to day supervision of employee job execution, to include; training, performance evaluation and employee relations. • Receive daily service calls and work orders. Assign tasks to appropriate personnel. Verify completion of jobs. Distribute work load evenly and efficiently among employees. • Schedule employee work hours and time off the job. Insure that adequate human resources are available at all times. • Assist management with administrative duties. Complete requisitions for needed supplies and equipment. • Perform other work related tasks as assigned. • Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures. FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES • Technically assisting the Mechanical and Electrical Service Engineers on the Drilling Equipment. • Identify NOV customers requirement and assisting them with their requirements. • Assisting the Mechanical and Electrical Service Engineers on their equipment competency units. • Brief and debrief Mechanical and Electrical Service Engineers before and after the job. • Update NOV database which is related to the job, FSE mobilization and customer feedbacks which are related to job and Engineers. • Assign Mechanical and Electrical Service Engineers on the jobs based on their equipment competency and flexibility. • Respond to Manager, Service Engineers, and customers on time without any delay. • Report to Manager about all customers, jobs, and Service Engineers related concerns. • Complete the job files without failure of any procedure and submit to admin for the billing process. • Respond to the customers immediately on the rig down situations and arrange the necessary support.
