Process Engineer

Job Description and Requirements
Job
Summary:Responsible for driving improvement
processes throughout the FGS Saudi manufacturing facility. Provide recommendations and drive
implementation of improvement projects aimed at optimizing efficiency, reducing
costs and improve quality. Areas of
improvement cover all facets of the Operations, including manufacturing,
maintenance, logistics, field service, HSE, quality and customer interactions.

Major
Responsibilities:
Implement
process changes in a production environment.
Develop
new processes that enhance product quality and plant productivity.
Work with
suppliers to establish specification and conformance of incoming materials.
Conduct
process development experiments and tests.
Troubleshoot
problematic plant processes and develops corrective actions.
Ensure
all process functions are designed for safe and legal operation according to
local industry regulations and sound standards of industrial practice.
Develop operational
strategies to achieve efficiencies and financial objectives.
Establish
safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
Provide
engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum
production.
Perform engineering
analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
Provides
training and guidance to team members to accomplish improvement goals.
Develop
best practices to improve capacity, quality and reliability.
Investigate
problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.
Other
duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
B.S.
Degree (or higher) in engineering or related technical area of study or
equivalent experience;
Training
in Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems and technologies;
Experience
with composites products and equipment a plus.
Fluent in
English
Travel as
required
