Job Description and Requirements
JOB SUMMARY

The
individual shall be with Minimum 5 years of experience in various machine
operation.
Capable to use
rolling machine, Drilling machine & other shop tools.
Capable to use
portable plate and pipe cutting portable machines.
Able to cut
steel plates and pipes using Manual oxy fuel cutting torch.
Directly
reporting to fabrication manager.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling of
raw materials.
Rolling of
steel plates
Drilling of
steel plates and usage of shop tools.
Cut steel
plates and pipes using portable gas cutting machine or by Hand cutting.
Capable to
use industrial cutting gases and safe handling of same.
Clean work
place and safe handling of materials and tools.
Maintain
safety regulations and obey company safety rules.
EDUCATION
& EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

Metric passed/ Technical
certifications.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience from similar Oil and gas industry/companies.

BEHAVIORAL
COMPETENCIES

Help define
an individual’s behavioral strengths that could predict future
successes in the workplace.

TECHNICAL
COMPETENCIES’

Minimum 5
years of experience as Machine operator/rolling operator.
Technical
knowledge of using rolling machines other shop tools.
Hands on
experience in steel cutting using machines or manual cutting torches.
Best
practice of Storage and handling of materials and working tools.
