Provide accurate advice to the Board on different legal topics (labor law, companies, international projects, corporate finance) and other legal issues.
Collaborate with the management to develop company’s defense strategies.
Determine all internal management policies and regular flow-up on its implementation.
Research for any possible risks related to the company business and trade process.
Finding and Oversee an effective risk management techniques and advise on any potential legal issues.
Communication and negotiation with all external parties and create mutual trust relations.
Drafting and consolidating agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the full legal rights of the company.
Following up with all labors issues and settling disputes.
Participate in the investigation committees conducted by the supervisory regulators in to company matters.
Follow up the implementation of any decisions issued against the company or others.
Maintain records of the internal and external cases, investigation committees and ensure their confidentiality.
Clarify legal language or specifications for each individual in the company.
Continuous follow-up to identify the amendments and renewed legislation with regard to companies regulations, especially closed companies and limited liability.
Following up the issuance of the company’s trading records and exclusive brands certificates, as well as corporate governance and activation.
Building relationships with legal institutions that in turn provide legal support to the company in managing its operations.
Develop company’s legal strategies and general policies to help minimizing lawsuits and overcome disputes and problems with external parties.
Represent the company and branches in front of the judiciary and other legal institutions and manage legal cases inside and outside the Kingdom.
Follow-up and taking care for branding certificates and commercial records.

Excellent knowledge and strong understanding of company’s law, labor law and its legal procedures.
Full understanding to all effects of the company’s external environment.
Ability to establish a defense strategy and predict potential risks.
Full awareness of the Trading transaction.
Knowledge of the systems for the closed and limited liabilities companies
Knowledge of company’s governance and its requirements.
High degree of professional ethics in dealing.
Proficiency in judgment processes and ability to analyze situations and information.
Full knowledge of drafting contracts and agreements inside and outside the company.
Proficiency in negotiation skills and good ability in decision-making
