The conditions:
• Must be strong in Running monthly payroll and setting control record and solving issues during payroll activity.
• Must have strong knowledge on uploading data through LSMW programs.
• Must be strong in running off cycle workbench for vacation and termination employees.
• Must be strong in calculating End of Service benefits as per labor law.
• Must be strong in running PA40 actions such as New Hire/Rehire, Transfer, and Separation etc.
• Must be strong in creating in Organizational units/Positions and maintain their relationship accordingly.
• Must be strong in running Time Evaluation and Quota corrections.
• Knowledge of working with Quick view reports will be advantage.
• Ability to lead team and provide continuous support and training to existing users and advice on continuous enhancement in SAP system.
• Must be effective communicator and should have analytical and problem solving skills.
• Minimum 3+ years on SAP user level
