HSE Engineer/Safety Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
Auditing production, keeping on the lookout for any unsafe behaviour or breaks in regulations
Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations
Creating analytical reports of safety data
Inspecting production equipment and processes to make sure they are safe
Ordering repairs for unsafe and/or damaged equipment
Focusing on prevention by keeping up with equipment maintenance and employee training
Presenting safety principles to staff in meetings or lecture-type training sessions
المهارات
• Must possess a Bachelor Degree in HSE/Safety Engineering; or Bachelor Degree in Fire Engineering/Electrical/Mechanical/Structural/Civil/Environmental Engineering, plus PGC/PGD in HSE/Safety Engineering/Occupational Health & Safety; and with PGC in Environmental Engineering Monitoring, or approved equivalency
• Must have minimum fifteen (15) years’ experience in process production engineering and/or maintenance work; of which five (5) years working experience in HSE Engineering, Risk Management and Safety Audits.
• Experienced in the OSHA safety rules, NFPA Codes, NEC, and IBC building codes
• Must be fluent both in written and spoken English, conversational Arabic an advantage
