HSE Engineering Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
• Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines
• Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety
• Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law
• Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention
• Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations
المهارات
• Must possess a Bachelor Degree in HSE/Safety Engineering; or Bachelor Degree in Fire Engineering/Electrical/Mechanical/Structural/Civil/Environmental Engineering, plus PGC/PGD in HSE/Safety Engineering/Occupational Health & Safety; and with PGC in Environmental Engineering Monitoring, or approved equivalency
• Master’s Degree in HSE/Safety Engineering; or Bachelor Degree in Fire Engineering/Electrical/Mechanical/Structural/Civil Engineering
• Must have minimum twenty (20) years’ experience in process production engineering and/or maintenance work; of which nine (9) years working experience in HSE Management and HSE Engineering, Risk Management and Safety Audits.
• Experienced in the OSHA safety rules, NFPA Codes, NEC, and IBC building codes
• Must be fluent both in written and spoken English, conversational Arabic an advantage
