الوصف الوظيفي
1. Received the sales requests from the sales team - issue - follows up the sales orders.
2. Ensures that all pre-requisites for delivering sold goods to customers (invoicing, etc.) are fulfilled before the promised delivery date.
3. Ensures the timely provision of orders to customers and updates the sales team on orders’ status.
4. Follows up on stock, monitors dead stock volume and value, and identifies stock-outs and over-stocking situations.
5. Handles correspondence and organizes contacts between sales team and customers.
6. Maintains customer records and the sales IT system updated.
7. Assists in the preparation of quotations / tender documents / sales contracts.
8. Assists the sales team and customers in invoicing and collection.
9. Consolidates and analyzes sales figures, performs comparisons, and submits reports to the Sales Director and Sales Manager.
المهارات
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in sales back office within a company of Future Ceramics’ size or larger.
3. Computer literacy, including knowledge of MS office applications and ERP.
4. Experience in Saudi Arabia.
5. English language fluency required, Arabic language is required.
