Production Manager – Structural Steel
Plan, direct or coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specification.
Responsibility for production operations CNC machine shop, weld shop, paint and shot blasting operations etc.
Meet Production targets
Optimization of plant efficiency, productivity, quality and cost control.
Review production schedules and orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures and duty assignments.
Hire, train, evaluate and discharge staff, and resolve personnel grievances.
Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.
Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance and other operational reports.
المهارات
BE / BTech (Mechanical)
Minimum 10 years in heavy structural steel fabrication.(MUST)
3 years as a production manager.
Good communication skills
High leadership Skills
Result oriented
Excellent people management skills
Knowledge of Factory laws
