• Responsible for accuracy of inventory counts by implementing and supervising an inventory control system, capable of identifying discrepancies in inventory counts and taking corrective action to guard against inconsistencies in the future.
• Received (MR) from Engineering team, forwards available inventory items by verifying stock and scheduling delivery.
• Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipments in error with Procurement team.
• Coordinate with Finance and procurement in authorizing payment for purchases by forwarding receiving documentation.
• Process of inventory transaction though material requisitions as well as cut and return requests including data entry and exporting all relevant data into inventory systems.
• Coordinates with the procurement department with regards to incoming deliveries of raw materials consumables and supplies.
• Receive and book goods in to correct locations in an accurate and timely manner in addition to that liaison with QC, procurement and finance teams for any discrepancies or quality issues.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommends forecasted material ordering for nonproduction consumables (factory supplies, safety items, spare parts …. etc.) in order to ensure timely availability of material requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering and planning teams to ensure 100% on-time delivery of required productions materials based on operational plans
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production and Quality teams to manage the material usage and implement cost reduction methods.
• Maintain basic knowledge of raw materials and consumable items involved in production process.
• Remain current with the latest material management tools and technology and procedures.
• Support and suggest the effective management of inward & outward flow of inventory.
• May operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks or dollies to move stock or reorganize storage.
• Provide on the job training to lower level employees and resolves problems utilizing knowledge of shipping/receiving/stock operations.
• Organize and maintains warehouse and inventory yard areas for efficient material storage and handling, including labelling, stocking and organizing stock items on shelving.
• Review daily inventory activity with the Warehouse Manager in addition to that create, maintain and update accurate inventory master files, manufacturer and catalogue numbers, minimums and material descriptions.
• Locates raw material and consumables in the warehouse as and when needed by inspecting teams.
• Maintains the workplace and warehouse in a neat, clean and orderly condition and ensure the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment.
• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.)
• Ensure his work and that of his team always meets the highest quality and safety standards as set forth by OSHA, NEBOSH and any local, regional or national board or institution with jurisdiction over the installation.
• Ensures effective utilization of warehouse areas and observes proper loading, unloading, stocking and safekeeping of items to maintain the quality of finished goods in order to prevent product damage and avoid occurrence of pilferage, accidents and occupational hazards.
• Effectively monitors flow of goods and implements First-In First-Out (FIFO) method in the use of raw materials and in dispatching of finished goods.

المهارات
Must be a Bachelor’s Degree Holder preferrably in Engineering Field.
Must have strong experience in SAP or Oracle.
