Recruitment & Selection
‒ Engage in required job advertisement activities as directed by the supervisor.
‒ Receive and Solicit resumes from qualified candidates.
‒ Coordinate and attend career fairs at select universities.
‒ Conduct initial screening interviews over telephone and in person.
‒ Make hiring recommendations upon eligibility criteria provided.
‒ Keep documentation of recruitment process up to date.
‒ Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment.
‒ Maintain the CV databases, organize administrative support and coordination for all recruitment processes.
‒ Prepare employee contracts and offer letters.
‒ Make interview arrangements for short listed candidates.
Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies
‒ Monitor trends on job market and analyze recruitment data available in the organization.
‒ Explore different recruitment channels and sources and their performance for particular job positions.
‒ Assist the supervisor in analyzing recruitment process performance, and prepare and maintain the recruitment dashboard.
Recommend and Implement approved changes to the recruitment process when required.
المهارات
‒ Bachelors or Associate Degree in HR or Business Management
- With 2-4 years relevant experience
‒ Knowledge of Recruitment Policies & Methodologies
‒ Hands on experience in ERP system (preferred)
‒ English and Arabic Language
‒ Communication & Interpersonal
‒ Time Management
- Interviewing Skills
