Ø Procurement Manager is expected to support on overseeing and managing all aspects of supply-chain management, including negotiating the very best deals for the business, and ensuring sustainability, risk management and ethical issues are dealt with appropriately and with integrity.
Ø Make use of negotiation skills to meet with suppliers and vendors, work out the procurement needs of the company and will oversee the process of evaluating suppliers, negotiating agreements and managing supplier and vendor contracts.
Ø Adherence to the company and department policies, processes and procedures.
Ø Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice procurement vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures in line with the company objectives to aid and improve the operational and financial performance.
Ø Implementation procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and incorporate the growing complexities and challenges within industry.
Ø Recommend solutions without compromising quality or service while optimizing cost.
Ø Compliance with set regulatory auditing, taxation and accounting policies, including internal and external policies.

Ø At least BSc Degree in Business Management, Accounting, or Engineering and other related courses.
Ø Saudi National- (Male)
Ø Applicants must have minimum 10 years’ experience as procurement and contracts manager.
Ø Knowledge of Eastern Province Market.
Ø Must be computer literate and with good understanding of MS Office and willing to explore new software to improve the workflow.
Ø Possess knowledge and understanding of Oracle or SAP.
Ø Applicants must possess a solid analytical skills, and effective oral and written communication skills, both Arabic & English.
Ø He must have practiced procurement through - RFQ, quotation analysis, evaluation, negotiations and discussions, - awarding- and follow up skills. Knowledge of purchasing methods, competitive bidding practices, volume buying, contracts, and procedures and all underlying principles is an edge.
Ø Must possess a good leadership, time, task, and resource management skills.
